Mick Delargy has joined The Magnolia Companies as chief financial officer, a new position for the organization.
As Magnolia CFO, Delargy's role includes responsibility for all financial oversight, including determining the company's current and future financial needs and maintaining the optimum capital structure.
Delargy was a consultant specializing in strategic planning and execution before joining The Magnolia Companies, and prior to that he served as the chief operating officer of iGo Corp.
