SALT LAKE CITY " A man wanted for questioning in the disappearance of Bertha Anguiano was apprehended at a Salt Lake City apartment complex following a shootout with police.
Juan Carlos Tellez, 36, was with another man and when police confronted him in the parking lot. Officers say he drew a gun and pointed it at them.
Police did not confirm they returned fire but say the suspect was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The other suspect was taken into the custody and will likely be booked at the Salt Lake County Jail.
