Windrose Medical Properties Trust of Indianapolis said last week it purchased a medical building on the campus of Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center in Reno.
The company said it bought Elm Street Professional Plaza, a multi-tenant building with 66,606 rentable square feet.
The building is currently 100 percent leased.
Windrose didn't disclose the price it paid.
