Dan Duerst has been named executive director of player acquisition by Eldorado Hotel Casino.
Duerst will be responsible for the development of new players and programs at all levels of play and will manage the casino's executive host staff.
He has 22 years of experience in casino operations and casino marketing at two Reno-area hotel casinos.
In addition, Duerst has served as a board member for the Reno-Tahoe Open since 2000.
