Quiznos Subs signed a five-year lease of 1,395 square feet of space inside Sierra Town Center with Super Wal-Mart located at 6775 Sierra Center Parkway on the corner of Damonte Ranch Parkway and South Virginia in Reno.
Mark Keyzers of Colliers International represented Quiznos in the negotiations.
