A northern California investment group has purchased the former La Petite Academy building at 185 Redfield Parkway.
The vacant 6,745-square-foot building closed escrow Oct.
21 for $895,000.
Todd Blonsley, CCIM with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co., represented the purchasers.
