Homebuilders Daniel Ott and Fred Altmann have formed a partnership, Altmann Ott Homes.
Previously head of the commercial and production home division for Fred Altmann, Daniel Ott becomes an equal partner and is chief operating officer.
Ott has worked in lending and commercial and residential cosntruction for more than 30 years and is the past president of both the Northern California and Nevada builders associations.
The company is building homes in Reno, Sparks and Fernley.
Its most recent project is Cottonwood Estates in Fernley.
Homes in the project range from 1,433 to 1,947 square feet and are priced at $140,000 and up.
