Elayne Emma Miletich, 82, a Gardnerville resident for the past year, died Sept. 5, 2003, in Reno. She was born Sept. 12, 1920, in Ceres, Calif., to Frances and Jessie Turner Brown.
Before moving to Gardnerville, she lived in Modesto, Calif.
Mrs. Miletich liked antiques, hooking rugs and crafts. She loved her grandchildren.
Among her survivors are her son and daughter-in-law Mark and Marsha of Santa Cruz, Calif.; son Mike of San Jose, Calif.; daughter, Kristine McEwen of Gardnerville; sister, Rose Julius of Modesto; and five grandchildren.
Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.
FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
