A private investor purchased a 37,000-square-foot industrial and office-flex project in south Reno for $3.58 million.
The properties are at 3445 Airway Drive and 5475 Louie Lane.
Todd Blonsley of Marcus and Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage, who represented the buyer, said the purchase price represents an 8 percent cap rate.
