Double Diamond Commercial Center, a new office/warehouse project located at the corner of Double Diamond Parkway and Trademark Drive, recently closed escrow on three units purchased by Thermoplan USA.
Thermoplan, a coffee machine producer and key supplier to Starbucks Coffee Co., will open its U.S.
headquarters in December.
Thermoplan will occupy a 14,599-square-foot building.
