Lucini/Parish Insurance and Insurance Management Services said last week they've merged to create one of the region's largest retail insurance agencies.
Nick Rossi will be president and chief executive officer of the combined firms.
Other board members will include Bruce Nickerson as chairman; Tim Fruhwirt as vice president; Mike Talbott as treasurer; Joe Wyatt as chief operating officer and secretary' and Rich Bullard as vice president.
Lucinui/Parish started in the Reno area in the late 1920s and serves clients hroughout Nevada and in Sacramento.
IMS began in Elko in 1955 and expanded to Ely,Winnemucca and Reno.
