Rick and Kathy Halbardier, owners of Tahoe Ridge Winery & Marketplace, and Roger and Gail Teig, owners of the Van Sickle Station Ranch, both in Genoa, have selected Q&D Construction to build the Winery and Marketplace Project at the ranch.
A selection committee, which also included Art Hannafin, architect with Hannafin/Damey Architects, and Rob Ramsdell, an advisor to the project, chose Q&D after reviewing four proposals.
