A celebration of Joy Ann Rowley's life is 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 27, at 39 Bryan Circle in Carson City. Mrs. Rowley, a seven-year resident of Carson City, died Sept. 20. She was 55.
She is survived by her former husband, Richard, of Ely; and friend Cheryl Justus of Carson City.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
