Neill Dimmick, director of Regulatory Operations at the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada has retired.
Dimmick joined the PUCN staff in 1992 as an economist and was appointed director in 1999.
As the the director of Regulatory Operations, he supervised and managed all aspects of the Regulatory Operations staff, which includes four divisions and staff counsel.
Dimmick also assisted with the reorganization of the Regulatory Operations staff, streamlining the functions of the agency.
Dimmick received his undergraduate and Master's degrees from Ohio State University.
