Commercial Properties last week acted as the broker in the sale of 100 California Ave.
to an investor in Sacramento.
Bill Norberg said he plans to do some remodeling on the building, including removal of asbestos.
He expects the current tenants, including Throgmorton & Co., to stay in the 12,500-square- foot building.
Norberg also purchased 519 Forest St., a 2,500-square foot building.
Financial details of either deal were not released.
