Jamba Juice, Starbucks and The UPS Store each have leased two new locations in the northern Nevada and Lake Tahoe region.
Jamba Juice leased space at the Carson Valley Plaza in Carson City and the Town Center Lake Tahoe in South Lake Tahoe.
The two new stores are anticipated to open this spring, bringing Jamba Juice's area store count to five.
Starbucks Coffee leased locations in the same two shopping centers..
UPS Stores, meanwhile, leased spaces at the Carson Valley Plaza in Carson City and the Comp USA Shopping Center in Reno.
The leases were negotiated by Christopher C.Waizmann, vice president of retail for the Reno-based Nevada office of Trammell Crow Co.
