A 271,000-square-foot distribution facility at 550 Boxington Way in Sparks has been sold by Owens Distribution Co.
to Selective Real Estate Investment.
Ozburn-Hessey Logistics operates a distribution facility in the building.
The sale was handled by the CB Richard Ellis offices in Reno and Sacramento.
Participating in Reno were the investment properties team Michael Schnabel, Aiman Noursoultanova and Beth Leder and the company's industrial team of Eric Bennett and Gordon Zack.
