Glenn Blachford, a professional engineer, has been appointed vice president of engineering at Bullion River Gold Corp.
of Reno.
Blachford will direct all aspects of engineering related activities with special emphasis on the company's North Fork property in California.
Blachford has more than 30 years of mining experience that includes 26 years of post graduate engineering and operational experience in mining and civil construction projects.
He graduated from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver in 1977 with a bachelor's degree in mineral engineering.
Blachford spent more than 20 years in mine contracting with Thyssen Mining Construction of Canada Ltd.
He served as chief estimator and chief engineer for seven years.
