Paul Kinne has been hired as development manager for Panattoni Development Co.
Kinne's primary responsibilities will be representing the company's speculative facilities and land holdings in northern Nevada.
He will be identifying investment opportunities for land and buildings and working with the brokerage community.
Kinne brings nine years of commercial real estate experience to his new position, having worked with Colliers International and CB Richard Ellis brokerage firms.
