Local sportsmen's club third summer picnic

The Ormsby Sportsmen's Association (OSA) of Carson City, a local organization for hunting and fishing enthusiasts, will hold the third of a series of four monthly, summer picnics on Tuesday.

The picnics are held at Mills Park on the third Tuesday of the month during the months of June, July, August and September.

All of the picnics begin at 5:30 p.m. and last until dark.

Anyone attending is requested to bring a pot-luck salad or dessert to share with others.

Beginning in October, the sportsmen's club will revert back to indoor meetings at the Carson Nugget Convention Center. Those monthly meetings are always on the third Tuesday of each month.
