Crimes

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Owen Eugene Dick, 40, a forklift operator from Sparks, was arrested at 10 p.m. Thursday at Carson and Stewart streets on suspicion of felony possession of stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic needle. Bail was set at $27, 264.

-- Deputies responded to the following calls:

• A woman in a flowered dress was yelling behind Scolari's Market on Friday at 1 p.m. and undressing. Police took her into custody.

• A Carson City utility employee locked himself in his vehicle after a 71-year-old man threatened him at Sunset Park off West Washington Street. The elderly man was arrested for interfering with a public official.

• A caller in the 100 block of Koontz Lane reported hearing a man yelling he'd been stabbed Thursday at 9:39 p.m. Police were unable to locate a stabbing victim.
