DAYTON

The lunch menu for the Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

Monday: Crab salad, beets, saltines, cantaloupe cubes, cookies.

Tuesday: French dip, mixed veggies, pasta salad, fruit crisp.

Wednesday: Chicken with noodles, green beans, roll, banana, chocolate pudding.

Thursday: Polish sausage, sauerkraut, peas, rye bread, peaches, cookies.

Friday: Veal cutlet, mashed potatoes with gravy, mixed veggies, roll, banana, cake and ice cream.

SILVER SPRINGS

The dinner menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave:

Monday: Burgers and root beer floats, fries, coleslaw, cantaloupe.

Tuesday: Grilled ham and cheese, chips, carrots, peaches and pears.

Wednesday: Pot roast with potatoes, carrots, celery, three-bean salad, fresh grapes, bread and butter.

Thursday: Pork tenderloin, baked apple, cauliflower with cheese, fresh bread, cake and ice cream.

Friday: Turkey a la king on a biscuit, peas and carrots, fresh fruit mix.

STOREY COUNTY

The Storey County Senior Citizens Center is on the corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

Monday: Orange rosemary pork chop, cheesy cauliflower, green beans, roll, fruit.

Tuesday: Spaghetti, garden salad, garlic bread, yogurt with fruit.

Wednesday: Chef's salad, cottage cheese with pineapple, roll, pudding.

Thursday: Stuffed baked potato buffet, green salad, do-it-yourself sundae dessert.

Friday: Chicken pot pie, cabbage salad, fruit medley.

YERINGTON

The Yerington Senior Center is at 117 Tilson Way:

Monday: Spaghetti, green beans with onions, garden-fresh salad, garlic bread, cobbler, soup.

Tuesday: Chef salad, fruit, cornbread, rocky road pie, soup.

Wednesday: Sirloin tips with noodles, frozen peas, carrot and pineapple salad, strawberry fluff, soup.

Thursday: Tacos, Spanish rice, cottage cheese with fruit salad, pudding, soup.

Friday: Breakfast, 8:30-9:30 a.m. French toast, sausage, eggs, fruit, juice.

FERNLEY

Lunch is served on weekdays at Fernley Center, 1170 W. Newlands Dr.:

Monday: Fajitas, stir-fry veggies, rice, apricots, cookie.

Tuesday: Chicken teriyaki, spinach salad, rice, corn, banana, roll.

Wednesday: Swiss steak with mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes, prunes, carrot-raisin salad, fruit crisp.

Thursday: Fish sticks, potato rounds, coleslaw, peaches.

Friday: Grilled cheese sandwich, garden soup, zucchini, baked apple.
