The lunch menu for the Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

Monday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, spinach salad, zucchini, garlic bread, apple.

Tuesday: Pork strips, beets, pinto beans, roll, pumpkin something.

Wednesday: Chili beans, cheese, sour cream, carrots, onion cups, cornbread with butter, Waldorf salad, grape juice.

Thursday: Barbecued beef sandwich, broccoli, tater tots, pineapple/peach cobbler.

Friday: Salmon patties, cream peas, carrot-raisin salad, grapefruit/orange slices, ice cream.

SILVER SPRINGS

The dinner menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave:

Monday: Polish kielbasa, sauerkraut, peas, peaches.

Tuesday: Chef's choice lunch, with vegetables, fruit and dessert.

Wednesday: Hot turkey sandwich, beets, fresh orange, mashed potatoes with gravy.

Thursday: Stuffed salmon, peas, cucumber, tomatoes-onion salad, blushing pears, French bread.

Friday: Lunch at 11:30 a.m. Tacos, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, salsa, veggie rice, fresh melon.

STOREY COUNTY

The Storey County Senior Citizens Center is on the corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

Monday: Poor man's lobster's lemon rice, peas, whole wheat bread, peach cobbler.

Tuesday: Deli sandwich, chef's soup, green salad, fruit.

Wednesday: Beef stir fry, rice, mandarin orange salad, pudding.

Thursday: Chicken Alfredo, peas and carrots, garlic bread, Jell-O with fruit.

Friday: Fish and chips, brussel sprouts, key lime pie.

YERINGTON

The Yerington Senior Center is at 117 Tilson Way:

Monday: Enchiladas, corn, refried beans, ice cream, soup.

Tuesday: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, frozen broccoli, beet salad, fruit dish, soup.

Wednesday: Big fruit salad, rolls, lemon bisque, soup.

Thursday: Baked chicken, pasta salad, corn, pickled beets, cook's choice dessert, soup.

Friday: Picnic in the park, brown bag.

FERNLEY

Lunch is served on weekdays at Fernley Center, 1170 W. Newlands Dr:

Monday: Chicken Caesar salad, onion soup, vegetable medley, tropical fruit cup, cookie.

Tuesday: Hot beef sandwich, string beans, mashed chive potatoes, baked apple.

Wednesday: Salmon patty, peas in cream sauce, orange slices, carrot-raisin salad, sherbet.

Thursday: Lasagna, green salad, mixed veggies, pears, French bread.

Friday: Chicken and dumplings, spinach salad, peach crisp.
