A memorial service for Anthony E. Pistone, 25, a Carson City resident for the past 20 years, will be at 7 p.m. Monday at FitzHenry's Chapel of Faith.
Anthony died Dec. 8, 2004, at Eagle Valley Children's Home. He was born Oct. 19, 1979, in Lebanon, Pa., to Franklin T. and Mary Ann Roginski Pistone.
He was involved in Special Olympics Bowling and Carson City Movers and Doers.
Among his survivors are his parents of Carson City and sister, Gina Marie Pistone of Las Vegas.
Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Eagle Valley Children's Home, 2300 Eagle Valley Road, Carson City, NV 89706.
FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
