The Airport Authority of Washoe County will produce a monthly local-access TV show, "Plane Talk," to replace its monthly broadcast of airport authority board meetings on cable television.
In addition, the authority will launch a quarterly newsletter inserted in the Reno Gazette-Journal and improve its Web site.
