Paul Havas, a Reno businessman and member of the state's Employment Security Division Advisory Council for 32 years, has been reappointed to the council by Gov.
Kenny Guinn.
Havas has been chair of the council for 18 years.
He's a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno and attended law school at the University of California, Berkeley.
