Q&D Construction has recognized two employees and their crews who showed the greatest safety commitment in 2003.
Senior Superintendent Dave Kerfeld and his crew at Bishop Manogue Catholic High School were honored in Q&D's Building Division.
The company said the 124,000-square-foot school project has had no OSHA violations or lost-time accidents, and despite the extra care given to safety, was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
Foreman Toby German and crew at the Old Greenwood planned golf course community near Truckee, Calif., were honored in Q&D's General Engineering Division.
The $11.7 million project was completed with no OSHA violations or lost-time accidents.
