Western Sun Apartments, a 48-unit complex in Sparks, has been sold for $2.83 million.
The complex built in 1988 was sold to an investor in northern California.
The northern Nevada seller was represented by Todd Blonsley of Marcus & Millichap.
Len Ramos of CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer.
