Grubb & Ellis|NCG brokered a deal that secured the seventh Reno location for Dollar Tree.
The 17,732-square-foot space is in the Canyon Shopping Center at McCarran and Mae Anne and was previously occupied by Sav-On Drugs.
Grubb & Ellis|NCG represented the building's landlord in the transaction.
