Karin Cooney, Kelly Hayes, Joan Cooper

First Independent Bank of Nevada announced the promotion of Karin Cooney, Kelly Hayes and Joan Cooper to assistant vice president positions.

Cooney was promoted to assistant vice president and support operations officer.

Her primary responsibilities include daily computer operations for the bank and its branches as well as courier operations.

Cooney joined First Independent Bank in December of 1999 with nine years of banking experiences.

Hayes was promoted to assistant vice president and consumer loan officer.

She works in the Sparks office and provides lending support for all consumer loans for the bank throughout the area.

Hayes has more than eight years of experience in the banking industry.

Cooper was promoted to assistant vice president and project administrator.

Her responsibilities include coordination of the bank's marketing efforts as well as multiple special projects.

Cooper joined First Independent Bank in September of 2002 after more than 30 years in the banking industry.
