William Curtis Anderson Jr.

A memorial wake for William Curtis Anderson Jr., 55, a Dayton resident for the past two years, will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Ed's Doghouse, 3300 Airport Road in Carson City.

Mr. Anderson died Feb. 11, 2004, in Tucson, Ariz. He was born April 23, 1948, in Bedford, Ohio, to William Curtis Sr. and Helen Patterson Anderson.

Before moving to Dayton, he lived in Carson City for five years and Cleveland for 50 years.

Mr. Anderson was disabled. He was a member of Pipefitters Local 120.

He served in the U.S. Marines.

Among his survivors are his fiancee, Monica Oberle; former wife, Laura Anderson Smith; sisters Dennie Feuerwerker and Kathleen Lindsey; brothers Richard Anderson, John Anderson, Michael Anderson, Robert Walsh and Tim Walsh; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Cremation was at Heather Mortuary in Tucson.
