Toney B. Brown Jr., 39, a Nevada resident for the past 14 years, died Dec. 16, 2003, in Beijing, China. He was born March 1,1964, in Downey, Calif., to Toney B. Sr. and Kathy Brown-Clark.
He graduated from Chino High School in Chino, Calif.
Before moving to Beijing, he lived in Carson City.
Mr. Brown worked in car sales for many dealers.
He was preceded in death by great-grandfather, Bee Brown in 1989 and great-grandmother, Maggie Brown in 1999.
Among his survivors are his companion Janet Shepler of Beijing; children Jared and Morgen; grandparents, Maurice and Lucille Brotherton and father and step-mother Toney B. and Patricia, all of Carson City; step-sister, Amie of Las Vegas; step-brothers Dean of Las Vegas and Jody of Carson City and four nieces; four nephews and two aunts.
