This tax is being administered by the Gaming Control Board and Nevada Department of Taxation, depending on whether the live entertainment takes place in a licensed gaming establishment or elsewhere.
The tax rate is two-tiered depending on the maximum seating capacity of the facility where the live entertainment takes place.
