In recognition of two of the largest real estate deals to take place in the past year in the Truckee Meadows, the Northern California Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors has honored Tim Ruffin, Managing Partner of Colliers International.
Ruffin was recognized for the lease of a 43,000-square-foot office building built by Panattoni Development Co..
Colliers represented both the landlord and the tenant in the deal.
In the other transaction, Ruffin represented the Northern Nevada Corporate Center in the purchase of 16 acres of property from Tanamera Commercial Development.
Ruffin received the awards at SIOR's annual luncheon last month.
