Windrose Medical Properties Trust completed its previously announced acquisition of Elm Street Professional Plaza on the campus of Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center.
The Indianapolis-based real estate investment trust paid $13 million for the 66,000-square-foot office building.
Saint Mary's occupies 40 percent of the space; Reno Heart Physicians occupies about 25 percent.
The building is fully leased.
It's the 16th medical office building in the portfolio of Windrose.
