Heritage Bank of Nevada has promoted Tom Traficanti to senior vice president, real estate lending manager.
Traficanti oversees the real estate operations of the bank, which provides home loans, commercial real estate loans and apartment loans.
Prior to joining Heritage Bank in December 2001, Traficanti held management positions at Bank of the West and Nevada State Bank.
He graduated with a B.A.
in economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1984 and obtained his MBA from University of Nevada, Reno in 1994.
