Next Day Gourmet of Reno has been named "safe partner of the quarter" by Safety Consultation and Training Section of the state's Division of Industrial Relations.
The company is a wholesale distributor of food service equipment and supplies.
Its Reno facility has 48 employees and serves the Western states and the Pacific Rim.
The award recognizes the company's work with state safety officials to improve workplace safety.
