Vernon L. Monegan, 75, a Carson City resident for the past nine years, died Jan. 26, 2004, at home. He was born Oct. 8, 1928, in Washington state to Hugh and Gladys Huffmaster Monegan.
Before moving to Carson City, he lived in San Andreas, Calif.
Mr. Monegan was a salesman in the automotive industry.
He was preceded in death by his brothers Lyle and Leonard.
Among his survivors are his wife, Anna of Carson City; sons David of Carson City and Daryl of Sacramento, Calif.; daughte,r Diane Mathis of Las Vegas; sister, Melva Gass of Stockton; two grandchildren; and eight great-grandchldren.
No service is scheduled.
