Work is expected to begin this autumn on Longley Town Centre, a 140,000-square-foot shopping center at the southeast corner of Longley Lane and South McCarran Boulevard.
The center is developed by Tanamera Commercial Properties.
Brett Seabert, chief operating officer and chief financial officer of the company, said Tanamera has been negotiation with a bank, a fitness center and a fastfood operator for space in the center.
Longley Town Centre combines freestanding pads with strip retail space.
The largest buildings planned for the center are in the range of 20,000 to 25,000 square feet.
