A memorial service for Betty Jacquilin Gallagher, 60, a longtime Minden resident, will be at noon Friday at St. Gall Catholic Church in Gardnerville.
Mrs. Gallagher died July 24, 2004, at Washoe Medical Center. She was born Dec. 1, 1943, in Capels, W.Va., to William Edward and Sarah G. Nierman Romans.
Before moving to Minden, she lived in California, Alaska and Olympia, Wash.
Mrs. Gallagher worked as a sales representative with Warner Lambert. She was a Catholic.
She served in the Women's Army Corps.
Among her survivors are her husband, Robert E.J. of Minden; daughter, Sarah Abelson; son, Cyril E. Robke Jr.; stepchildren Robert Gallagher and Eddie Gallagher; brother, Ed Romans; and sister, Rhea Romans.
Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.
