Black Eagle Consulting, Inc.
of Reno will conduct testing of soils and materials, including both field and laboratory activities, for the expansion of the Truckee Meadows Water Reclamation Facility.
The Reno City Council last week approved the $100,000 contract, which also must be approved by the Sparks City Council.
The water reclamation facility is jointly owned by the two cities.
