Joe Flemming has joined Q&D Construction as chief estimator overseeing its building division estimating and pre-construction staff.
Flemming is a certified professional estimator and a construction engineering graduate from Iowa State University.
He has 19 years of experience estimating and managing diverse commercial, industrial and public projects.
Before joining Q&D, Flemming worked for a regional contractor, overseeing estimating teams in Denver, San Diego, Phoenix and Las Vegas.
