A memorial for David Robert Frey, 40, a Carson City resident for the past 19 years, will be at 2:30 p.m. Monday at Good Shepherd Wesleyan Church, 1505 Railroad Drive in Carson City.
Mr. Frey died June 22, 2004, in Carson City. He was born Feb. 3, 1964, in Toronto, Canada to Heinz and Lisa Frey.
He graduated from Dublin High School in Dublin, Calif., in 1982.
He married Jon Elizabeth Frey Oct. 18, 1987, in Lake Tahoe.
Mr. Frey served in the U.S. Army as a helicopter mechanic with the 213th Aviation Company, "Black Cat."
Among his survivors are his wife of Carson City; daughter Catheryne of Carson City; parents Heinz and Lisa Frey of Susanville, Calif., and sister Annette Beermann of Ronkonkoma, N.Y.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley in Carson City is in charge of arrangements.
