Edward Francis Shattuck, 71, a Carson City resident for the past 11 years, died June 29, 2004. He was born Dec. 15, 1932.
Mr. Shattuck was a veteran of the Korean War and a career golf course superintendent for 46 years. He was a talented craftsman who loved to work with his hands.
Among his survivors are his wife of 52 years, June Victoria; daughters Carol Irvin, Cherel King, MaryAnn Malmend, Peggy Wycoff, Roberta Brodie and Tina Baldassarre; sons Edward Shattuck Jr., John Shattuck, Frederick Shattuck and Chester Shattuck; 34 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
A private viewing for the family will be held.
McFarlane Mortuary, South Lake Tahoe, is in charge of arrangements.
