Hike to lower and upper lakes, exploring the flora along the way.

A moderate 6-mile hike with an elevation gain of 1,000 feet.

No dogs are permitted.

July 11 - Lakes Basin day hike.

This loop trip winds by at least six mountain lakes, through meadows of wildflowers.

A moderate eight mile hike with an elevation gain of 1,8000 feet.

Possible swim in Long Lake on the way back.

Dogs permitted on leashes.
