Mike Stubbs has been named director of food and beverage at Thunder Canyon Private Golf Club in Washoe Valley.
He will coordinate all food and beverage activities for the club.
Prior to joining Thunder Canyon, Stubbs was at Stein's Lodge Deer Valley in Utah, Gaylord's at Kilohana, Hawaii, and most recently the Siena Hotel and Spa in Reno.
