Christopher C.Waizmann, vice president of retail for Trammell Crow Co., recently negotiated the lease and sale of a new Dollar Tree location and the lease of a second Dollar Tree location The new 12,000-square-foot Dollar Tree store will be located in the South Meadows Marketplace in south Reno.
Waizmann represented both the tenant and landlord in the lease transaction, and represented the seller, Timber Ridge Development - Sierra Crest Equities, in the $1.9 million sale.
Waizmann also represented Dollar Tree Stores, Inc.
in the lease of approximately 17,000 square feet in the Canyon Shopping Center in northwest Reno.
