Michelle Spellman recently joined the Q&D Reno Events Center team as project administrator.
The Events Center is under construction in the block between Fourth and Fifth streets and between Center and Lake streets Spellman has more than 18 years of experience in project administration.
She has provided project administration on other public works projects in the region.
