McPhails Appliances leased a 22,648- square-foot facility at 7525 Colbert Drive in Reno.
McPhails, a California-based chain, will use the facility at Southwest Commerce Center for warehousing, distribution and a showroom for its appliances.
Eric Bennett and Gordon Zack of the CB Richard Ellis Industrial Properties Group handled the lease negotiations.
