Community Services Agency Development Corp.
and Grace Tabernacle Church of God in Christ said last week they've completed Grace Senior Apartments, a 55-unit affordable housing senior apartment complex in Sparks.
The project is financed by Wells Fargo Bank, Enterprise Social Investment Corporation,Washoe County HOME Consortium and the Nevada Housing Division.
